Grandmaster Esposito is the primary instructor of the adult karate program, this allows students to learn directly from a grandmaster. This is a rare privilege.
Our kids karate program is affordable, flexible, and fun for students of all levels. We have a specialized program that helps fit busy schedules with no long term commitment.
We have a full fitness facility including treadmills, stairmasters, arc trainers, full cybex circuit, and over 15,000 lbs. of olympic freeweights.
We are also the proud host of the Nonantum Boxing Club offering boxing lessons for children and adults.
